Smaller goals lead to BIGGER goals reached. Success doesn’t just come, you have to work for it. Make smaller goals to get to a bigger goal. That will make the process more fulfilling. You won’t feel like you are spending so much time to achieve that bigger goal. What I am saying is set those smaller goals that will lead to what you ultimately want. For example, you want to run a marathon, set daily tasks to get stronger over time. You can’t run a 5K on day one, especially in my case with broken ankles. I worked to strengthen my ankles, walking, and balance practice. Oh man, was I feeling it. Another example for me is my writing career. Overcoming the initial thought that I might be stuck in a coma to now where I am today. That didn’t happen without a LOT of small steps. I do not bring this up as much as I do to be conceited. I talk about it to be inspirational to others that might be at that early stage. When you are at the starting line it is easy to be discouraged or give up. I am so glad I did not give up. It has made me stronger, stronger than I was before the accident. I might not be 100% stronger physically but definitely much stronger mentally. PLEASE COMMENT BELOW ->
