One of my fitness goals is to run for 20 minutes every day. I can't really do that here, but I could do that outside, but it's too hot. I do have treadmill time every day, but they only let me walk. I guess it is a stepping stone, but it's not enough. in the winter when it is cold, I'll run on the track outside. They always tell me not to, but I do it anyways. My other goal is to have a stronger and tighter core. For core workouts, I am just doing sit ups. I ordered these core disks that come with an ebook to give me other workouts to try. They are for core, strength and balance. I'll get them soon, so I'll keep you updated. I have also been doing shadow boxing which works on my core and arm strength. They have been saying for months that I'm going to start kickboxing and I'm trying to prepare for whenever that starts.

I have noticed I have had a lot of traffic to my website lately, and I wanted to thank everyone for coming onto my page. The website was initially to help me navigate the new ways of doing things. Websites have changed a lot since I have done them. I wanted to get with the times and explore different avenues. To be honest, it seems a lot easier than it was back in the day. But I guess it takes a lot of work to design these programs. When I made my first website I used Dream Weaver, which is a program for website design. The blog for my website is a new idea and it was a new way of thinking and broaden my horizon and it makes me think "what am I going to say this week?" And I am very glad to see that so many people are enjoying my content. I really jumped into this with no expectation and it's actually turned out better than I thought. I added the art, poetry, and recipe sections to my website with my kids in mind. For the "Olive Oyl" page, that was for my daughter and for me to share recipes and for the poetry page, that was for my son and for me to share words of wisdom and have him think outside the box. I need to continue to upload content to different tabs on my website. I would love to publish my finished book on my website for people to buy.
