Walking is just as good as running, but you don't exert as much energy. I usually walk an hour a day and try to do 40 laps around the track. Walking is less strenuous and is not as hard on your joints and knees. I'm able to go farther with walking than with running for that reason exactly because it doesn't take as much energy.
According to Healthline, walking can burn calories, strengthen the heart, lower blood sugar, ease joint pain, boost immune function/energy, improve mood, extend your life, tone your legs and offer creative thinking. Get out there and walk!

The stock market was an interest of mine because I am not allowed to work. I was interested in making a steady income and it was actually my conservators idea to get into it. I've learned a way of looking at the trends to see what could happen in the future to make an educated guess on how they will perform. You have to know about the different specific markets, but I guess that's how you play the game. I would recommend people do it themselves because it is a lucrative way for people to make money and it doesn't not require a 9-5 job title. The stock market works when you don't, you can make money in your sleep.
