New Years!

It's a new year! Make it one to remember. I am going to work on my resolutions to make it a good year. I am posting my list to keep myself accountable, and I encourage you to try to do the same!

My New Year’s Resolutions/Intentions/Goals: 

1. Finishing my new book (2nd one).
2. ​Take introduction to Kickboxing and learn the techniques. (get the schedule)
3. Continue to build my running leg strength.
4. Drink more water and healthy alternatives to electrolytes (like coconut water) after exercise to combat soreness.
5. Continue to learn more about the Stock exchange. 
6. Find new ways to prepare meats and vegetables for balanced meals. 
7. Finding new and alternative ways to be involved with my children. 
8. Doing more hands-on projects and practical crafts. Start with making Lanyards and try other ways. 
9. Writing more handwritten letters to my kid. (get a new notebook, greeting cards, pencils, erasers etc.- THAT I KEEP IN A DESIGNATED PLACE IN MY ROOM SO I DO NOT LOSE THEM OR THROW THEM AWAY. ) 
   
10. Keep working on room organization.
