We should focus on our health. I work out a lot. I eat healthy. Exercise increases blood flow. Paying attention to my health helps my heart, supports stronger bones, levels out my mood, and improves memory. Having a healthy heart is important to overall health. It helps keep low blood pressure. It helps prevent heart attacks. It increases oxygen in the blood which travels to the brain. Working out helps me feel better. It affects my moods. It helps produce endorphins, which are the “feel good” hormones. When you feel better, life is better. They also help relieve stress and are the body’s natural painkillers. Who doesn’t want less stress?
