![]() Today was our monthly Bible Studies course. This is a great time to meet with a local Pastor who happens to also work where I live. Today we got to talk about God’s path, Joseph's path, and our own paths. How we can journey to our own promised land. Similar to how I talk about muscles, you have to have faith in each process you go through. It is not always what you want at the moment but it might be part of the BIGGER plan. In this case, I think having faith will get you there. I did not want to be stuck here for 10 years but then I think of all the things I have accomplished. I would not have been able to do all the things I have done if I had not been here. In this case maybe it is not the situation but what you DO in your situation. I see others around me not doing anything and I wonder how is that going to help them. A TBI is not only something that happens to you, end of story, it is the new beginning of your story. You have to take the experience as a sign that you are on a journey and have to keep moving forward. This is why I do so much research and reading on TBIs so I can help others in similar situations. Having this time to worship and dive deeper into scripture, reassures my faith. Also, being able to look back at everything that has happened is like, WOW. It is not the building or the people, but having His presence and space. I choose to walk by faith. If you are interested in reading more about the topic we talked about today it is; Jacob and the Promised Land. Click the bottom below: Please comment below with your thoughts.
