I always knew there were certain types of food that add oxygen to the blood, so I did a little bit of research myself. This is what it came up with… Water, dark leafy greens, tofu, broccoli, red and yellow bell peppers, carrots, green beans, potatoes berries, red kidney beans, walnuts, and citrus fruits.
In the article, it said that it was best to eat these foods raw to get the most nutrients possible. These are the foods that oxygenate your blood the most. I’m no doctor, but these are what I would recommend being somebody that eats these foods as well.
