One of my fitness goals is to run for 20 minutes every day. I can't really do that here, but I could do that outside, but it's too hot. I do have treadmill time every day, but they only let me walk. I guess it is a stepping stone, but it's not enough. in the winter when it is cold, I'll run on the track outside. They always tell me not to, but I do it anyways. My other goal is to have a stronger and tighter core. For core workouts, I am just doing sit ups. I ordered these core disks that come with an ebook to give me other workouts to try. They are for core, strength and balance. I'll get them soon, so I'll keep you updated. I have also been doing shadow boxing which works on my core and arm strength. They have been saying for months that I'm going to start kickboxing and I'm trying to prepare for whenever that starts.
