Doing Too Much

Soooo if you have been following, I recently had a seizure. I was kinda thrown back at first and shocked. My right side was tingling. It started in my right arm and leg and then I felt it in my face. That is when I called 911 because I knew something was wrong. The facility told me to lie down. When the ambulance got there, they hooked me up immediately to an IV and gave me fluids. It was explained to me that I was dehydrated, BUT while in the ER, I looked over and saw that my urine was clear. So I asked them why it was clear and they did not know. It leaves me to believe that it was my first assumption of I was doing too much. As you know, I work out, I work on my website and book, writing my short stories, I am all over the place. I started drinking Gatorade for electrolytes, but it has a lot of sugar. I am now drinking Gatorade Zero and I mix the powder into water. I’ve been pretty tired the last couple of days, but I think it was due to the seizure. I wouldn’t say I am out of the woods yet, but I do feel a lot better. If I continue to feel better, then I know I’m good.
