It is here! America’s celebration. The Fourth of July. I would like to take this time to acknowledge everyone who is reading this and wish you a happy fourth! And to remember the fallen soldiers that died for our freedom.
When I was a kid, I remember going to the fairgrounds to see the firework display. It was always a time of happiness and joy. I liked walking around with cotton candy and a Pepsi. We would go on some rides and play carnival games just to get the full experience. The firework display was amazing. It was like you were in a movie theater and seeing all the lights in the air. You would get to hear the explosions of the fireworks going off. If you sit close enough to them, you can feel the boom in your chest. And sometimes you don’t know what colors to expect, but mostly red white and blue, the colors of our flag. It has become a great celebration over time, however let’s not forget why we celebrate our freedom.
