Seek, and you shall find. If you look for problems, they will appear. If you look for peace and happiness, you too will find it. Knock and the door will be opened. Seek and you will find. Galatians 6:7-9 (NIV) says,
“7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” This is a reminder to me. I strive to follow my purpose not just do things for recognition. Making sure your main purpose in life is not recognition, but instead what you are working towards. God and science are both saying there is a connection to the power of our minds. For example the philosophy of the “mind filter”. This idea states that the brain filters a vast amount of information we receive, based on what we focus on and our priorities. When you enter a situation expecting hostility, or a bad experience, you will find it. Looking for problems in any situation, good, bad or ugly, you will overlook the positive aspects. So do not fall into the negative loop. Instead focus on positive aspects; that is a loop many can get behind.
