TRY THIS Try making a list of your own. We are always too hard on ourselves. We need to open up and realize that is not us. What do you think of when you think about what others think of you? That is NOT what you want to do. Everybody is so negative. People need to realize that when they are trying to overcome negative thoughts about themselves, they need to look at themselves and not worry about what other people think. Just try to see how you think before consuming this negative voice. Come to your own resolution. Feel free to share your own list below in the COMMENTS:
