Everything starts with will. You are what you do not what you say you'll do. You snooze, you lose, move your alarm to the other side of the room.
Following the acronym, SAVERS. It stands for Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing. S -silence *Starting your day with silence creates a calm, relaxing, rejuvenation to your day. Putting off checking your phone for instant gratification or a dopamine hit, allows you to experience first the part of life that is meaningful. A- affirmations *You open your eyes and your first thought can be “Thank God to be alive. Thank God for breath.” This puts you in a positive mindset to be able to handle all life’s obstacles. V- visualize future *Then you can visualize what's happening that day and what you plan to do. Are you having coffee first, brushing your teeth, then taking the kids to school and running errands? By planning ahead you can be more productive. E- exercise * Exercise in the morning - it sets up your day. The same way you put good thoughts into your head with affirmations, you can put oxygen into your body during exercise. You move your body to prepare you for life’s opportunities and not be stuck in obstacles. S-scribing or writing use a journal and read 15 min a day *This allows you to think about what you are grateful for. It goes back to focusing on your opportunities, not obstacles. Now you are ready to do more. Now get to it.
