Boredom, tension, stress, and high cortisol levels are all ingredients when you experience anxiety. These are some things to look for: feeling anxious, lethargic, angry, and depressed. They all seem to snowball together. Some may experience fight or flight responses or become moody.
When feeling anxious, I like to pray, workout, and shadowbox. Other options can be to walk, go outside and get some fresh air, or listen to music. The possibilities are endless! The problem is people don’t try to find a solution; they would rather complain. After doing an activity to reduce anxiety, people will feel calmer, refreshed and be able to think more clearly.
