Be ready to fail, understand this is where you get wisdom. Embrace the unknown and capitalize on the benefits. Surround yourself with people that support you. Set small goals toward a bigger goal, so that bigger goal doesn't seem out of your scope. Remember you have the power to live a life you want. It is up to you to take action. Did you know your body releases adrenaline in uncomfortable situations. So step out of your comfort zone, let your body help you. Consistency is key. You won't do it tomorrow, unless you do it today.
