Someday it will get better. You start your first day of school. You're nervous. No one can tell, but I can. One day you'll ask why. You see, I've become very perceptive. I am not sure if it's because I'm old or I have just been through my share of life experiences. With Him, our perception of reality changes, because in Him we have hope.
It is about hope in everyday things that matter at the end of the day. This insight will help you stay on your life’s path. It is not “I hope this date goes well”, it is “ I hope life turns out well.” That builds day after day. Living this way gives us a bright future. Instead of being anxious or concerned, we have everlasting peace. It is the peace in the unknown because you know you are being guided. It is a peace that is hard to explain, and sometimes not able to be understood or accepted in the moment. But if you let yourself slow down and listen, you will feel Him with you. Be still.

I want to live, not just be alive. I'm not saying I want to die, I just want to feel alive. I imagine the forest, animals, and nature. That’s life. Not just a mundane existence. Turn off the broken record. Find my way back to Him. Things are hard, but I wouldn't have it any other way. He gives us all strength to endure. In Him we all are given the free gift of grace, and freedom. We can choose to be a victim in this life or a victor, choice ultimately is yours. But realize if you choose to be a victim, you will set yourself up to fail! No victim comes out on top. Are you going to be a victim or a victor today? comment below The way you see things shapes the world around you. Like I have said before, don't see obstacles but opportunities. In my short life, He has, and will, show up for me. He will show up for all of us; it starts with a leap of faith. Not knowing what is going to happen but you believe it is going to be good. That is the leap of faith part. When you don’t think you can do something, but you do it, that is also the leap of faith. Like He says, it only takes faith the size of a mustard seed. With Him, you can move mountains. Death of someone for their belief or principles. The world has made us into martyrs. The way the world has become, if you talk about your faith or beliefs, you are labeled crazy. Believing in Him is the way to salvation. It’s unfortunate, but, yes, you have to disconnect from the world. You have to deny yourself and the world to follow Him with faith. Faith is not what is seen, but it is what transcends our understanding, brings us to have respect for our intentions. Having good intentions, we need to be open and have honesty in every pursuit with the willingness to stay head strong and be unstoppable. Keeping God, and love, at the forefront. Keeping Him number ONE will allow for authenticity. Everything starts with will. You are what you do not what you say you'll do. You snooze, you lose, move your alarm to the other side of the room.
Following the acronym, SAVERS. It stands for Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing. S -silence *Starting your day with silence creates a calm, relaxing, rejuvenation to your day. Putting off checking your phone for instant gratification or a dopamine hit, allows you to experience first the part of life that is meaningful. A- affirmations *You open your eyes and your first thought can be “Thank God to be alive. Thank God for breath.” This puts you in a positive mindset to be able to handle all life’s obstacles. V- visualize future *Then you can visualize what's happening that day and what you plan to do. Are you having coffee first, brushing your teeth, then taking the kids to school and running errands? By planning ahead you can be more productive. E- exercise * Exercise in the morning - it sets up your day. The same way you put good thoughts into your head with affirmations, you can put oxygen into your body during exercise. You move your body to prepare you for life’s opportunities and not be stuck in obstacles. S-scribing or writing use a journal and read 15 min a day *This allows you to think about what you are grateful for. It goes back to focusing on your opportunities, not obstacles.
