Neuropathy: weakness, numbness, and pain from nerve damage, usually in the hands and feet. This means you need more water. After doing my own research, I discovered that your nerves may be just deprived of water. Water is really the elixir of life.
Hydration is important for overall health and well-being. The body requires water for various functions including supporting the liver, kidneys and temperature regulation. It also affects nutrient absorption, waste removal, joint lubrication, healthy skin and cognitive function. Adequate hydration is necessary for us to live and survive. Too much water can be a bad thing without the required nutrients. For example, I need salt. Because I work out a lot, I deprive myself of salt through sweating. When your body consumes it, salt becomes an electrolyte, which provides energy. Salt also reduces muscle cramps. Some people will use pickle juice for cramps. “While it hasn’t been proven yet, researchers posit that pickle juice may help cramps by triggering muscular reflexes when the liquid contacts the back of the throat. The reflex shuts down the misfiring of neurons in muscle all over the body, and “turns off” the cramping feeling. It’s thought that it’s specifically the vinegar content in pickle juice that does this.” ( https://www.healthline.com/health/pickle-juice-for-cramps ) Water: the essence of life.

Boredom, tension, stress, and high cortisol levels are all ingredients when you experience anxiety. These are some things to look for: feeling anxious, lethargic, angry, and depressed. They all seem to snowball together. Some may experience fight or flight responses or become moody.
When feeling anxious, I like to pray, workout, and shadowbox. Other options can be to walk, go outside and get some fresh air, or listen to music. The possibilities are endless! The problem is people don’t try to find a solution; they would rather complain. After doing an activity to reduce anxiety, people will feel calmer, refreshed and be able to think more clearly. I had heard about affogatos before, and since I love coffee, I thought, why not try one? Affogatos literally means “drowned” in Italian. So I drowned my ice cream in espresso.
I ordered my usual red eye, which is two shots of espresso added to coffee. Then, I got two scoops of fudge brownie ice cream and a chocolate chocolate chip muffin. The combination of chocolate and coffee gives me the energy I need to set my day and finish my daily tasks. It's more than just energy; it's all of the following beneficial nutrients: “Coffee contains a number of useful nutrients, including riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), magnesium, potassium, and various phenolic compounds, or antioxidants. Some experts suggest that these and other ingredients in coffee can benefit the human body in various ways.” (https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/270202 ) And let’s just say that ice cream has milk! |
