The Big Bang!

The more I learn about our body, the more I’m impressed.

You cannot tell me it was because of a big bang. We are so intelligently made, all our inner workings work together. We are intelligent beings, which points to an intelligent Maker.

The on-board supercomputer, being our brain, controls everything, and there are still things we haven’t discovered. Our brain regulates our body temperature. It filters information at lightning speed. It keeps the heart beating, pumping 100 gallons of blood an hour. Not to mention the countless other organs it maintains: the liver that purifies the blood, the lungs, the stomach, the skin, etc. And it does it all simultaneously! That is a pretty remarkable feat!

We need to take care of our body. Exercise is the best way to take care of our bodies. It is beneficial to do this while you’re young to help your body when you’re older.

Dead Man Living

I’m a dead man living; I’m blessed to live.

I have a TBI for life but I am rebuilding myself. God gives me the strength and introspection to discern my life. DAI (diffuse axonal injury) is a debilitating injury. He helps me continue. I have been able to rebuild myself with His guidance. Only He can give me the persistence I have. I was believed to never walk again, but once again, He gave me the resilience to rebuild and walk. I have also ran five 5k’s with 2 more coming up. This is something I never thought would have been possible with the grim hope the doctors gave me, that I would never walk again.

Every time I am put between a rock and a hard place, He gives me strength.
