Shake it off

Shake it off, and take a step up and into the light. When life gives you shit-  shake it off, and use that shit as a step to further your purpose. Overcome your obstacles. By having faith, you see the obstacle as another path to a better resolve. In that moment of uncertainty, it grows your faith. Over time life has a way of giving you the steps that grow your faith larger and larger.

Praise the Lord

We praise the lord in the storm, bad situations, and all we go through in life’s trials and tribulations. In circumstances that seem bad, but rest assured, He knows what He is doing. That trial, or separation, was to prepare you for His plan. The separation has to happen so your heart and posture grows fonder, and to realize all you ever needed was Him.

He has risen. It is a celebration of His gift through Christ. All that he has given to give us life. You commemorate that He has beaten death. We celebrate Him in today’s world through Easter traditions.

From the Bible, one of the first scriptures you learn, John 3:16:
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Happy Passover.

Blue Sky

Society always “knows” what to say. You have been going through challenges; no one cares. You come to this conclusion because you don't see God's face in anyone or anything. It is like the winter, you are not seen in the dark. Humility is gone in people.

However, spring is a new beginning. You go so far and work so hard. You find a spot on the floor to rest your weary eyes, once again. As you drift off, you're called. They say they care about you, no matter what you need. Still holding on to the grey, but looking for the blue sky.

Spring is here, a new beginning for you and everyone. There is no instruction. How do you start? With that leap of faith, which is how every good adventure starts.

It's like He is whispering in your ear, “Start.” Don't think; just start. So not to be overwhelmed, that's exactly what you do. As you get started, a million thoughts go around in your head. Then you come back, after realizing you said you weren't going to think too much!

The moral of the story is to get out of your own way, look for the blue sky ahead.

Transformation

Transformation, it's what happens in our lives when we come to the Father, through the Holy Spirit. And having enthusiasm in the contentment of the Father, we come to peace and gratification. After which, we have an awakening. Realizing this, and knowing it only comes from the Father, we have an abundance of wisdom and understanding which allows us to live our best life. Please do not miss the opportunity!

This transformation is not just one moment in your life—it’s a continual renewal of the heart, mind, and spirit. As we walk each day in the presence of the Father, our desires begin to align with His will. That is when we find ourselves growing in purpose and clarity. The burdens we once carried become lighter, not because they disappear, but because we now walk with the One who gives rest to the weary. This divine partnership fills us with a joy that surpasses all understanding. Faith carries us through every situation. Don’t let this gift pass you by—step into the fullness of life that only He can give.

Expand your Experience

Walking… The sand from the beach adds resistance.

Girls, when you walk bare foot on the sand it's like a pedicure for the entire foot.

Running, like walking, you get all the same benefits and more. You may work up a sweat and you are firing on all cylinders, which means you are putting more stress on the muscle, burning more calories. With that said, make sure you hydrate; your muscles and brain need the H2o. If you are looking for more energy, God has provided us with everything we need. Add a pinch of salt to your water; it will provide electrolytes!

Volleyball, yes, it's another activity that you can play with friends or family. The beach is that versatile. As humans, we don't think too far out of the box. There are so many different things you can do at the same place, but we don’t think about that. We just go and do one thing and are done.

Other ideas to expand your time at the beach:
  • Walk
  • Run
  • Volleyball
  • Catch
  • BBQ
  • Bonfire
  • Story rhyme around the fire
  • S’mores
  • Snorkeling
  • Sun bathing
  • Frisbee
  • Tag
  • 4-wheeling
  • Fishing
  • Photography
  • Surfing
There’s more to do at the beach than you think. My favorite on the list is S’mores with family. What is your favorite thing to do at the Beach?
